The CLIL methodology integrates a series of innovative methodologies such as cooperative learning, digital competence, project learning, assessment for learning, 21st Century skills, taxonomic principles, etc.
Participants will explore and analyse practical ideas for planning and creating learning experiences, and development of classroom material and resources. They will also engage in talks and workshops and will enjoy updated developments of the CLIL methodology in teaching and learning.
There has been an enormous development of research and implementation of CLIL in Spain during the last decade. Teachers who have participated in our CLIL courses state that it has enabled them to introduce useful techniques, develop new ideas, and become more engaged in their teaching while enabling them to apply the acquired knowledge to a wide variety of teaching and learning situations across the curriculum.

Madrid is the gorgeous and lively capital city of Spain. Madrid is known for its friendliness and for having an impressive abundance of art and culture. The Paseo del Prado and El Retiro Park are the first urban historical landscape declared by UNESCO a World Heritage site in Europe as "Landscape of Art and Science” as they house major cultural landmarks. The unrivalled concentration of museums, caring for the most famous and decisive paintings of the world's history of art, makes this urban complex the most important and beautiful art gallery in the world!
It is said "From Madrid to heaven, there couldn't be anything better in between.", but meanwhile, from Madrid you can easily reach most important historical and artistic enclaves such as Toledo, the ancient capital of Spain, an example of the coexistence of Christian, Jewish and Arab culture in past times; El Escorial, the artistic pantheon of the Spanish Royal Family; or Segovia, with its magnificent aqueduct, representing the presence of the Roman Empire in Spain.
