Location: University of Limerick, Ireland

Dates:

  • 13-24 July, 2015 (10 training days)
  • 11-22 July, 2016 (10 training days)
  • 25 July-05 August, 2016 (10 training days)
  • 10-21 July, 2017 (10 training days)
  • 24 July-04 August, 2017 (10 training days)

Description: Course for Teachers who would like to teach subjects in English (CLIL) through an Inquiry-based methodology. Combination of workshops, project work, excursions and social activities. Practical ideas for classroom management, lesson planning and materials development by using the Irish environment, folklore, sports, symbols, art, society, etc. Regular language focus on vocabulary, pronunciation and use of English to improve your skills in English.

 

*Note: Course starts on Monday morning (09:00) and finish on Friday at noon (12:00 approximately). It is advisable to schedule arrival on the previous day to course commencement.

 

Course fees:
10 training days: 700€ tuition and 130€ organization costs-study visits*
*Organizational costs-study visits include cultural activities, study visits to places of historical, geographical and archaeological interest, and entrance fees.
